The art of action and the possibility of making it effective and visible on stage and in society, in performance and in moving images, is the focus of research at the Institute of Directing at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst “Ernst Busch“. Directing is the carrying out, initiating and organising of actions. These actions require practice.

Britta Geister and Robert Schuster, both teachers at the Ernst Busch Theatreschool in Berlin, will execute practical exercices exploring directing with digital tools.
